Spectrum Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Very long. Multiple interviews. It took about 2 months to get hired. I had to interview with the CEO of the company. It was a very long process. I applied online. After that. I had a preliminary interview with HR. Then with the director, then my supervisors, then 3 c-level managers.

Pretty straight forward. Introductions, resume overview, questions in the form of the STAR method. The interviewer was very nice and answered all my questions at the end. He pretty much hinted I got the job without telling me I got the job.
