Had two interviews. One was initial phone interview asking about my background and standard questions.
Second was over zoom with the manager of the region. It had lasted about an hour and a half. Asked a lot of questions but also talked a lot in between questions just discussing both our experiences in certain situations. Overall it went well and was more casual then anything. I did not get a third interview.

Soft skill interview scenarios with clients. Scenarios of dealing with angry customers, customers demanding something out of reach etc... Tech demo asking you to instruct how to program a tv remote. Sales interview asked to sell person a pen.
