Was interview first by the sales manager before being invited back for a 2nd round interview by the Snr Director. Strict and demanding 2nd round interview but somehow do not feel stressful due to the way the questions are being bring across. In both rounds of interview, pro and con of the company are being spoke about. Expectation are also set down clearly
