Spectrum Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Easy Phone then site interview . Talked about my future goals , past experience and things that I want to accomplish within the company , any experiences working with Customer service and anything difficult that arises from a past job

Basic interview and only lasted for 13 minutes. Asked me about the information in my resume which made me think they didn't even check it prior to the interview. I asked the interviewer more questions related to the job than she asked me.
