Spectrum interview questions

Asked about tech experience and if sponsorship is required. Overall very friendly and easy going interview. Asked about interests and academic projects that were directly related to systems engineering. The first round was a hirevue video round were bunch of questions were asked. It was almost 15-20 mins long. Then was the phone screening with a recruiter.

The interview was via video. It was a fairly easy interview process. The interviewer did an excellent job with being very welcoming and had a gift of making you feel like you were just having a casual conversation as opposed to a cold introduction and then questions like " Tell me about yourself, Tell me a time, How would you handle, etc." Conversations centered around experiences working in a call center. We discussed educations and certifications. I was asked about any experience with commission pay and sales environment. Job offer was made on the phone call. I got an offer email later that day. I accepted the offer and started a couple of weeks later
