Phone Interview- basically discussed job description, asked about background check and drug test, then got invited to job fair interview the next day. 2nd interview was all customer service related and why spectrum. 3rd interview was with manager who just asked where i saw myself in 5 years and told me more about the job and along with some benefits

I was then contacted by email to select an available interview time in the following days. I was contacted 3-4 days after the interview with the offer.
