First was a phone call and email from the Spectrum recuiter. After that, went to the Spectrum office here in Montgomery, AL. for the actual interview. The Spectrum recruiter gave me a couple of days to prepare for it. One day after the interview I was emailed and the job was offered to me. After I accepted the job, the next step was doing a background check and a drug screening. The drug screen took one day for results and the background check took 7 business days. I completed and passed both screenings and started working 2 weeks after that.
