Spectrum Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

You will need to take and hour long assessment test which your answers base on if you get hired. If not offered a job onsite you can reapply in 6 months

The interview process is quite intense. First along with you're application and resume you will take an assessment which is about an hour online. After you will do a phone interview with someone which typically lasts like 30 mins. After you will have a face to face interview which you will then be interviewed by 3 separate people. After that if you do get the job turn around it about 3 days and you will have to take a drug test within the next 48 hours.
