Interview
Panel interview with about four to five managers with situational questions. Bring copies of your resume. Overall good interview process but horrible effort on the recruiting staff's part to keep me informed or to communicate with me at all despite numerous phone calls and emails.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in the first 30 days with the company?
I applied online. I interviewed at Spectrum (Greenwood Village, Arapahoe, CO)
Interview
Showed up for an interview at the Greenwood Village location in Colorado. I met with one manager and 2 senior staff. The manager and one of the senior staff had such thick Indian accents that I could barely understand what they were saying.
I answered one of the senior staff's questions incorrectly and he proceeded to sit on his phone for the rest of the interview.
Let me say that again to let this sink in:
A senior staff, someone who is supposed to represent leadership for their organization, was sitting on his phone for the entirety of the interview.
The manager was completely okay with this.
Thankfully I got a job at a much better company.

Interview
Start with a quick in-person interview with HR. Then complete an online test that asks behavioral questions, tests typing speed, and simulate taking a call and completing tasks for a fictional company. Do an interview with a supervisor at their cubical where they ask typical interview questions. Afterward, meet with HR and they'll offer pay and a list of shifts to choose from. In most cases the shifts will be split days off and almost never 9-5 with weekends off. If you have family to take care of or any sort of special reasons you don't want any of the schedules listed you have to specifically tell them and they can accommodate.
