Interview
Upon applying, I was sent a link to an online assessment with 4 sections which you are told will take approximately an hour to complete. It really doesn't take that long and 3 of the sections are timed. The first section was a role play with entering customer information in and was timed. The second was decyphering graphs and situations to answer questions and was timed. The third section was virtualized computer tasks that you were asked to do and was timed. The fourth section was a personality test and was not timed. I received an email about a week later to set up an interview time (it seems they were interviewing people all day). The interview was quite easy. First, you meet with an HR recruiter who asks you several general interview questions and a few technical questions. This part lasts only about 10 minutes. If you meet their approval you then have a second interview same day with a supervisor who asks a lot more technical questions and other interview questions. This second interview lasted about 30 minutes. Got the call 2 days later that I had the job. Then it was a drug test and full background check.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Spectrum (Earth City, MO) in Jan 2017
Interview
The interview was very awkward. We were in a very large board room with one person, and another person on video conference. The person on Video conference talked about the normal things, asked a few questions, but he was very distracted and only seemed to be going through the motions. I feel like the interview was over and lost before I was five minutes in.

Some quick questions about my resume, but nothing big.

Interview
The interview process was rather simple for me. I filled out the application and with in a couple of days, I got a phone call for an in-person interview. That started out with a simple assessment to get to know your personality, then it led to a simple, yet rather straight forward interview. After that, they tell you that they will call you back within a week or so (depending on the date of your interview), which they ensure they meet their own set deadline. If you're asked to come back for another "interview", you're basically just filling out your tax paperwork, I-9 form, direct deposit information, and the rest of the new hire paperwork. Lastly, they will let you know that they will need to call you back with your start time (which most often than not, you already know that), during which they will also let you know what schedule you've also been assigned. That's basically all you can expect for the interview process before you get your foot in the door. Good Luck ^_^
