It was about an 1 hour and 15 minutes long, he was really nice, friendly, and really laid back and made me feel comfortable. They really want to get to know the people they are hiring so they spend a good amount of the interview talking about how they got there position at spectrum and about there life and then they ask you to do them same. The email was to the point setting up time an date an appropriate attire. Please don’t wear boots an jeans follow the directions in the email.
