The interview process was pretty straight forward. I applied for the job through the companies website. About a week later I was contacted by an HR rep to schedule an interview with one of the Supervisors on the team. The questions asked in the interview were STAR type questions. Ex: tell me about a time in which you had a conflict with an employee and how did you resolve. The same day of the interview I was asked to provide references. I received an email from HR within a week advising that I was asked back for a second round interview to meet with the Hiring Managers. During this interview they basically asked the same type questions from the previous interview. Within two weeks, HR emailed me and advised that they would like to extend an offer. All of my communications from HR were emailed based.

A recruiter will reach out to you a few weeks after you have applied online. Phone interview will be performed then a face to face will be offered. Interview was done at the location that has the opening. The district manager and one more person will perform interview. Interview was very professional. They read off a script, all questions were behavioral based. They will say that someone will contact you in a week with a answer. However no one will contact you to let you know status.
