Interview
They use two people to interview at a time. Incredibly remedial sales questions. Was light and fun. If they like you, they have you go through a second *same day* interview which was really just a paperwork started asking you to start.

Interview
I honestly didn't even remember applying to Spectrum but apparently I did! I received a call from a recruiter but I missed the call so she sent me a email asking if I was still interested in a position there. I replied to the email stating that I would still be interested and asked if we could schedule time to speak on the phone since we both missed each others call. We scheduled to speak on the phone the next morning for the phone interview. While I was supposed to be receiving a call from her, she never called so I ended up calling her once about 20 passed the scheduled time. She told me about the position, the pay, the training times and start date. She asked me a few questions about my experience and software experience at my old job. Once I told her that I'd worked in billing for another cable company before, she pretty much offered for me to go ahead and come in for a face to face interview with two managers. They tell you to bring 4 resumes, however you really only need 2! And They'll only keep 1. We scheduled my in person interview for that Thursday, about 2 days after the phone interview, for the 1pm time. When you get there, there will be a few people there as thy schedule interviews at the same time with up to about 10 people but you will each interview individually. You'll check in with the front desk 'security' so make sure you have your ID with you because they'll ask for it. Once everyone is checked in, they will take you up stairs to the area where people are actually on calls, this is also where the interview rooms are. There will be 2 managers in the interview room with you. There was like 4 interview rooms so there was a interview going on in each room. Once you are done interviewing they will tell you to go back outside the door and have a seat. You'll have to wait for everyone else to finish interviewing. Once everyone else is done, you will get a tour of the facility and then you can ask the person that gives the tour any questions you may have. Then you are free to go and they'll call you in a few days if you get the job. ..

Interview
HR will give you a phone interview which is fairly simple and stress free. After that you will schedule a interview with a supervisor. This was also very stress free and enjoyable interview but I'm sure it can vary from person to person. After that was the drug test. Over all it took about a month and a half from submitting my app to starting work
