It was very structured. He had a printout of exactly what to say and how to ask the questions and based on the answers i was rated 1-5 and then they would go on to the next question. Based on overall score you would be offered a position.

Interview
I was a long distance candidate so local candidates might be different. I started with a phone interview form the hiring manager. After that I had another phone interview with a few other team members. It was then decided that I fly in and have a more formal interview. Once on-site I met with 8 different managers/employees (individually) and was given a 30 minute "case-study" to review. At the end of the 30 minutes a panel of four managers came in and I was asked to walk through the case study and answer some questions.
