A week after submitting an application I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen. A week after the phone screen was asked to come into the facility for an interview with the two managers.

Lengthy but saw the need for it. Drug Screening and back ground check. Phone interview up front followed by hiring manager in person interview. Next step to meet with VP of Channels and Senior Director. Back Ground check took two weeks.

Phone screening was very good. On-site interview was just 30 mins. which was not enough. Also, did not meet any team members, just interviewed with two managers. No unexpected questions. Covered some basic testing concepts such as boundary value analysis.
