I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum in Oct 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for a staffing agency. A few days later I received a coding exercise. After about a week the team requested an onsite interview. Was asked a variety of questions, most technical in nature. Was asked to solve some problems on the whiteboard. Received an offer the same day.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (Mililani Town, HI) in Aug 2014
Interview
The interview process was very quick and to the point. I applied for this position and in less than two weeks I received a call for an interview. There were two interviews; the first one was with HR and it was basic ethical questions. The second was more in detail with the actual position.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Spectrum (Stamford, CT) in Sep 2017
Interview
Erratic, as the department is in chaos. National brand launch keeps being pushed out. The hiring manager gave me cues that he/she did not like the VP in charge, and several previous candidates had been torpedoed by peers and/or the VP. I managed to get through the maze, only to have the VP cancel interviews with me twice, then kept me waiting for 15 minutes when I arrived 10 minutes prior to scheduled interview. The VP was not focused, asked a few questions, but let me know her experience was far greater than mine. In the meantime, her direct reports had clued me in that she was vindictive, petty and a "master manueverer." Although the directors approved my hire, the VP "had a concern" and that was the end of the process.

Very softball. "Why do you want to leave your present position?", etc.
