Interview
A little unorganized, the office is basically cubicles everywhere. Not that much lighting anywhere. They had 5 pages of questions, so I missed four of them and didn't get the job. They also said, "if you don't know them, it's alright" which is a lie. If you miss one question you don't get the job point blank. The funny part is that they keep posting this job online and nobody has filled the position yet. I wouldn't work for this company even if they offered me the job.

Interview
Submitted resume online and two days later, I received an email from talent acquisition requesting a phone interview. The interview was shceduled for a specific time and the interviewer was supposed to call me. Fifteen minutes went by and I decided to contact her to remind her that we had a call scheduled. She then replies by notifying me that she was forgot as she was on another call. Then, she requested to reschedule the call for a later time. The entire process was very unprofessional!!!

Question 1
None. This interaction was horrendous. Typically, the way top notch companies who focus on hiring amazing talent do the following when conducting phone interviews. 1) They describe the role in detail 2) allows time for the candidate to describe his/hers professional experience to determine if the position matches the candidate(s) interest, skills, and professional background and 3) leaves time for questions. None of these steps were followed. The call (not an interview) lasted twenty minutes, and at the end, I could not ask any questions about the position because it was not explained and I was not clear about the position.
group hiring event, which was fast. They pretty much asked your basic interview questions and there were a couple people in plain clothes instead of dress. I would recommend dressing up as this definitely mattered to the interviewers.
