Interview
First round: Spoke with their Senior Recruiter regarding my interest and the story behind my resume. Shortly after I received a call from their Recruiting Coordinator to set up an in person interview.
Second round: Had an in person interview with 2 sets of people. The first set was a pair of people already doing the same job. They each had a piece of paper which they read situational questions off of. They would then circle a rating and/or take notes.
3rd round: The same day right after the first pair, I met with the 2nd pair of representatives, which included the Hiring Manager and one of his/her co-workers. They came with printed resumes and gave me a breakdown of the job. They then asked me questions regarding my comfort level using some of the tools they used. I was then asked to breakdown the story of my resume and a couple of situational questions. I then asked my questions, they answered, and that was the end of the interview.
Fast forward: I did not receive an offer, and did not hear anything on the status of the job after reaching out a couple of times. After several weeks, I assumed they went with someone else or hired internally.

Interview
The interview was fairly quick. I was brought in an interviewed by two supervisors in the dispatch department. They asked a series of simple questions like, 'Why did you apply', Why do you think you will make a good fit'.. Really just basic interview questions that everyone should be used to while job hunting.
