I was called in by the hiring manager and took a writing test. It was a typical, low-stress interview. I enjoyed meeting the hiring manager in person. It took a long time to be called in for an interview after having submitted online. But the hiring manager was transparent about the process, which gave me confidence in the organization and more interested in the role.
