Interview
There was a brief telephone screening interview and then a slightly longer phone interview a few days later. I was mostly asked about salary and salary requirements which seemed rather premature. At such an early stage, I was not sure I was interested in the company and didn’t have any specifics on what they needed me to do or the time and travel requirement. Companies like these should spend more time getting to know someone before diving into salary.
