The interview was long. Extremely long... 2.5 hours actually. It primarily was questions that was from a form that their headquarters sent over for the manager to ask. Not that it was a bad thing, it just felt very forced and unipersonal, just a manager filling out a form.

Interview
A very drawn out process. I was contacted a week after applying at which point I was told they would have me take a basic personality test and go through a call-center simulation. A week later I was told I had passed and they would be contacting me shortly via phone for an interview. Nearly a MONTH later they interviewed me via phone. The interview itself was simple and seemed easy. They asked for about my experience in sales and customer service along with why I wanted the job. At the end the interviewer described the next steps we would be taking and stated that she would be contacting me on either Monday or Tuesday of next week. TWO WEEKS LATER I was quietly sent a very short form email stating that I had not been selected for the position. While I can appreciate that they may have found a better candidate for the position, it would have been nice if they hadn't strung me along for so long.

The company is a business casual environment, so my clothing was an issue. I needed to buy slacks and a dress shirt to go to the interview. Everyone was nice and I had a very good interview. The HR interviewer interviewed me first, then sent in my future manager to decide if he wanted to hire me.
