Interview was very professional; met with director of department and then spoke briefly with VP. We talked quite a bit about job responsibilities and expectations for the role, and I was asked if I thought that sounded interesting to me. It did, and a few days later I was back in touch with HR to work out the offer and arrange for drug testing, etc.

3 months start to finish from application to hire date. Lots and lots of online testing, and paperwork. Endless paperwork, and online completion of paperwork prior to commencement. You then have to wait for a new class start date after acceptance of offer.
