Interview
applied online - was contacted to complete assessment - assessment was online and timed - it was a lot of reading charts and graphs and pseudo-bills - I was unable to complete. Was not contacted with the results for a few weeks and I had difficulty tracking down an HR rep - when I did, they confirmed that I had completed all necessary and would be contacted by a rep - eventually I was. Completed two phone interviews and was called in for a direct interview with multiple managers - questions were very straight forward. Was offered the job and came into office to complete drug screening (mouth swab) and was hired

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (Cincinnati, OH) in Sep 2014
Interview
A recruiter sent me the job description for this position and asked me to send him a copy of my resume if I was interested. After sending him my resume he set up a phone interview with me for the following day with him. Following the phone interview, he said he was going to forward my resume to the hiring manager. A week later the recruiter contacted me and said the hiring manager wanted to schedule another phone interview with me because her office was in Texas. The interview with the hiring manager was hard to judge as I was asked about the weather and sports teams with some basic interview questions thrown in between. Another week past and the recruiter contacted me and said the hiring manager said the interview was great and I was her choice, but I needed to have a face to face interview withe sales manager. While asking my questions at the end of the interview, I asked how this position had become available. He said he didn't know about that position and asked if I had the job description. I asked when they were looking to fill the position and I was told he would have me start that afternoon if it was up to him. Because the recruiter was on vacation the next week, it was 2 weeks before I heard from him. He said that they were going to re-post the position and the team did not feel anyone was a fit.

Why do you want to work for Time Warner Cable Media is the only question I recall that had anything to do with the job or company. Other questions were about the weather and college football.
