If you are called into an interview for HSI and TTM they will have a randomly selected floor supervisor come down and interview you. There will be a technical knowledge test. Don't fret though because there were a few people I knew there that failed all the questions (the test is pretty easy like what's a modem etc...) If you pass your drug test you will get the job.

The initial interview process went well however every manager happened to be very busy at the time so it took a bit for anyone to get to me. The recruiter was kind though and kept stopping by to see if I needed anything and to let me know that they hadn't forgotten me. When a manager was finally available he was very polite, answered all of my questions, and gave me a decent rundown of what was to be expected from the position I was applying for.
