Spectrum interview questions

You start with a telephone interview and if that goes well you are invited to come in for an in-person interview. You are then interviewed by a manager, usually its the hiring manager.

Recruiter reached out to me via email. After an initial screening, I had a panel interview that seemed to go well. I followed up with the recruiter, who mentioned they would get back to me the following week. However, I didn't hear back and followed up again, only to be completely ghosted. After nearly three weeks of radio silence, I finally received a generic ATS notification that they were not moving forward.
