The interviewer was very professional, asking questions about my work experience in and out of the technical field, my hours of availability, and other details. She described the job accurately in practice, but left out entirely the requirement for sales and the fact that my job performance as a tech support analyst would be evaluated almost entirely on my proficiency at selling products, so much so that had I known the truth, I would not have taken the job.
