Interview
If you're still in school and and studying TV production/journalism/broadcasting, NY1 is really a great place to be. They give you such hands on experience, they want you to succeed and there are so many options for one to branch out and do different types of work. If you are hard working, they will really appreciate you.
The phone interview was quick, just a basic set up to the one on one. What your goals are, where do you see yourself in five years, why choose NY1. As for the one on one, it was felt so relaxed. You get a tour of the studio, maybe meet a few people if they aren't busy, and then you sit down and begin talking to the interviewer. It feels more like a conversation than it does an interview, which helps the nerves.

Then the give you a walk through of the place. couple days later you will find out if they want to hire you. Then you come in for a drug screen and sign papers. Interview
After several attempts finally scheduled phone interview. Questions were somewhat in the expected category - "what are your three greatest skills", "describe one of your most challenging projects", etc. Phone interview felt like it went well, up to the point where salary/renumeration came up (no mention in original ad post.). Their potential offer was too low to consider, so that pretty much ended the call. Interviewer was pleasant, and able to share some perspective on where the position was intended to go.
