If you are hard working, they will really appreciate you. The phone interview was quick, just a basic set up to the one on one. What your goals are, where do you see yourself in five years, why choose NY1. As for the one on one, it was felt so relaxed. You get a tour of the studio, maybe meet a few people if they aren't busy, and then you sit down and begin talking to the interviewer. It feels more like a conversation than it does an interview, which helps the nerves.
