I had a few interviews. The first one was with a recruiter who helped set up an interview with a person on the leadership team. It was a pretty standard 'get-to-know-you' type interview with experience sprinkled in. After that, I had another interview with a group of sr. researchers from the team and presented some of my past work. I thought everyone was respectful and had insightful comments/questions.

Short and simple. Felt welcome to work for the company . The interviewer asked short questions, wasn’t too hard. The interview process only lasted an estimate of 20 minutes. I received an offer from the job shortly after the interview.
