Phone screen with the recruiter, was abrupt and dismissive despite my relevant experience in the field and profession. When I asked for the salary range of the role at the end of the interview after discussing my qualifications and learning about the position, the recruiter responded "Yep I'm pretty sure I have a good idea about that" and then moved on. I am not entitled to move on to any next stage of a process but expect simple questions to receive simple answers, not backhanded replies.

There were three rounds of interviews before the selection process, All done via Zoom calls with multiple people from different levels throughout the department. The interviews themselves were not lengthy.

It went smooth and easy. They want to get to know you as well as your skills. It was bilingual position so I was required to speak spanish and talk about my experience.
