Spectrum Outside Sales Representative interview questions

Typical and straight forward. The company explained that the position is a salary plus commission based on product and services sales. It is a door to door, territorial position where you are expected to grow the numbers in that area.

The process was simple. I was interviewed by a recruiter then by the district supervisor. They asked about job experience and then explained my duties to me. I was then offered a job on the spot and will be drug screened soon
