I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Spectrum (Appleton, WI) in Apr 2017
Interview
I worked in the call center so I cross boarded. It was fairly easy since I knew the company better than the interviewer. More of a formality than an interview. The company had already known I was transitioning.
I applied online. I interviewed at Spectrum (Kalamazoo, MI) in Jan 2017
Interview
Easy and cheesy ...felt like they were ready to hire anyone, seemed desperate to hire. I felt like I was being hustled. I was simultaneously told that they have a great work life balance but also to be successful you'd need to put in 60 or even 70 hours week including evenings and weekends
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spectrum (New York, NY) in May 2017
Interview
After all the ordinary interview questions I was told this job require me to work 12pm-9pm Monday-Friday, Saturday 10am-2pm. And on Monday-Friday I will need to drive to charter for a meeting that will last 1-2 hours (complete waste of time, once a week would have been enough). I will need to sell at least 10 triple play and customer will need to keep it or else no commission (after tax it's around $110) I can't call out sick, can't leave early. Told me I have to pick a side, my work or my family and friends.
