3-step interview process. Phone screen with hiring manager, 2nd interview with existing recruiter and HR Generalist, and final interview with HR Manager and HR Director. Approximately 1 week between each. Very thorough. Definitely requires preparation.

I applied internally online. From there, I had 3 rounds of interviews: one with the hiring manager, one with the recruiters I would be working with, and a panel interview with the local VP and director. After the last interview, I was given a tour of the facility.
