Spectrum Technical Support Representative interview questions

I applied one day interviewed the next. It was pretty straight forward. I was offered the job on the spot. I was given a drug test on the spot as well. I was not sure about the job due to the focus on sales and I was a little turned off. But I stuck with it.

3 interviews process. 3 people and background check. extensive over the phone interview , thorough reference check, hired directly through company though, no contract,the management changes daily though, and you are always interviewed once by HR, once by a manager, and another time by a VP
