The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spin Master in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview process was super Long and very thorough - there were a lot of curve ball questions. They also let me know very clearly how stressful the job would be. Was one of the serious reasons I declined.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about my stress levels and my ability to manage numerous times.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Spin Master (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2017
Interview
Interviewer was 30 minutes late for the phone interview, and she didnt even confirm a time with me. I had to email again the morning of to see if there was a set time. She said I may or may not hear back within 48 hours to let me know if I got the job or not, but I checked their website the day after and they actually already took down the posting and posted another position but full time, temp. so I'm thinking they already hired and may have just called me out of courtesy.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spin Master (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2016
Interview
I went in for an in person interview at the Toronto location. One manager and one director interviewed me based off my resume. They really only asked questions on my background and why I want to work for spin master etc. I don't think they were really interested in interviewing me since they could barely come up with questions to even ask me.
I interviewed two months ago and received no follow up at all. There seems to be a lack of organization and the office seems very crammed (almost no space to even walk in the hallways). They are also paying much lower for the position than other companies for the same role (around $40k).
Overall it was a negative experience and I am glad I didn't get an offer from them. I would not have taken it, even if offered.
