Interview
Phone interview with HR, and then came into office for a meeting. Everyone was very friendly and advised me quickly afterwards I didn't get the role based on experience needed.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Spin Master (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2015
Interview
Initial phone interview went well. Was brought in for face to face which also went well. Before I left they said I would likely hear from them again. Called me back about an hour later asking if I could come back and meet with managers. Would've been nice if they had planned it better so I wouldn't have to give up an entire day.
I went back and interviewed with 2 more people. The final manager was not too welcoming. Didn't smile or really even make an expression the entire interview which was a bit unsettling. They told me they would be deciding relatively quick, but I heard nothing until I followed up with them. If candidates take that much time out of their day, the least a company can do is let them know their decision either way.
Did look like a cool enough place to work though.
