The interview process for the Consumer Care position at Spin Master was just okay. The questions were straightforward but nothing particularly challenging or unique. The biggest issue was how long everything took, with long gaps between steps and updates. Overall, it felt like a slow and drawn out process.

The job posting started at September and then i submitted the resume application. I got the email feedback one week later from director video interview. I was discussed about my background job experience. The director explained the job description under responsibility and asked me the technical question is it match the job requirement . The interview session came very smooth and then i can able answer his technical question requirement. One month later, the director sent me the email approved me the final interview in person direct in company. 20 minutes interview in person with director same as video interview question. After completed in person with director, he arranged me see the department manger tested me the soldering and asked me the technical question. All above completed soldering test, the manager has no complain say very good. The final result no offer accepted. Until today, the job posting is still recruiting available. I think this is advertisement fake hiring. Please made the decision before try to job posting recruiting and don't waste the candidates time who apply for this job try to foolish people. Shame on you!😡
