Consiste en varios filtros, entrevista con RH, con jefe directo, con directores y RH en inglés. Además de un examen para evaluar capacidad de análisis, una vez terminando debes explicar al entrevistador que consideraciones tomaste y porque.
Round 1 - HR Discussion
- The HR came unprepared without having insights on my resume.
- With my experience split across 2 countries, he discounted my prior work experience completely.
- His questions about my skills were a reflection of the fact that he hadn't gone through any of my resume points - all very basic.
- Compensation - he offered a base of 40k less than my current base. And suggested that he could offer me a comp 30k less after I told him what my current base was.
- He kept prodding me about a sabbatical that I had taken, making it an uncomfortable discussion point.
Left a bad taste considering that a recruiter is the gatekeeper into an organisation.

3) Which you have 1 big client at the moment, how comfortable are you managing 4-5 clients?

5) Why is there a 4-month gap in your resume?
1 phone interview and 4 other interviews with team members in social and marketing. 2 of these interviews seem to be for skill and fit, whereas 2 seem to assess for cultural fit.
