really easy interview process. Anyone could get approved with any experience or no experience at all. It really all depends on management to make it a good or bad experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TJ Maxx (Santa Ana, CA)
Interview
It was an okay interview until it wasn’t. The questions themselves were easy. However, when I asked what they liked about working here, they had nothing to say. In fact, they said they couldn’t even say working with their coworkers because no one works as a team here unless you’re cashiering / there is no intermingling here flat out.
The interview process was easy—just one interview with a manager. It was relaxed and straightforward. They asked about prior experience and what makes you fit for the job. Overall, a good experience.
