Asks for 3 references and job history. Contacts the references. Then one in person interview with the hiring manager. Asks why do you want to work here and to tell them about yourself

Pretty ordinary interview, asked questions like why do you want to work here? Where do you see yourself in a few years? Etc.. They like seeing if you have open availability and willingness to learn despite not having experience.
