TJ Maxx Retail Sales Associate interview questions

Interview was a very simple process. More conversational than situational. Managers just tried to get to know me and my previous work. Having retail or sales experience is a plus. Show off your personality as this role interacts heavily with customers so showing off your best self will be very helpful

It was a relaxed environment in their office, I was asked some basic questions about myself and job experience. I was offered the job at the end of the interview.
