TJ Maxx Retail Sales Associate interview questions

The interview process was short. Only one interview with the store manager. Around ten questions were asked related to my resume and retail experience. After that they offered a job and started me with the onboarding process

A quick phone call and then an in person interview talking mainly about customer service interactions and behavioral questions. You then will either be hired there or they will call you later, then you get training with the cashier and other roles.
