TJ Maxx Sales Associate interview questions

The interview process was a bit slow. After my initial contact, they said they needed 2-3 weeks to contact my references, however, no one ever contacted my references. For me it was a temporary job anyways, but I would suggest if you're looking for a retail company with possibilities for advancement that you look elsewhere.

There was really no process. I completed an application; I don't think the manager even looked at it. I told her I had no retail experience and she said no problem. At that point I was hired. She didn't ask anything about me.
