TP Customer Service Agent interview questions

A week after I had sent my CV I received a call, where some general questions were asked (regarding motivation, why Portugal etc.). After that I had to take an online test (writing capabilities both in my mother tongue and in English, typing speed, general technical understanding). A few days later I had another interview, this time with the recruiter and the team leader.
