I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Grand Rapids, MI) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview was very quick, as they were looking to hire immediately. I met with a hiring manager who asked general interview questions (strengths and weaknesses, resolving problems). I had to explain 3 ways to find email notification on a smartphone, you get to choose android or iPhone. There was a typing speed/accuracy test and a final assessment with a floor manager on typing, reading and explaining content simultaneously. There were no negotiations on wages and you must pick your schedule the day of the interview which remains your schedule indefinitely.

Question 1
How would you handle a difficult or upset customer or a difficult situation?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TP (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jan 2015
Interview
I came in on a weekday to apply in person. I filled out some applications on a computer. Since I came later in the day I was asked to come back the following day to interview with 2 people. The next day I came in I met with someone who was the recruiter for my last job so of course it was easy, he knew me. It was actually fun, he played customer service oriented games with me and had me prove I could operate a smart phone. The next guy was more formal but still didn't ask me anything difficult, he pretty much just wanted to make sure that I was capable of doing the job and that I could get there on time and what not. Nothing major to be honest. They'll hire anyone. After that I had to take a drug test in a lab on the other side of town and come all the way back to bring back a strip of paper proving I took the drug test, even though the lab would forward them my results anyway. It was very inconvenient for me because I take the bus and it was the middle of winter. They should consider doing on site drug testing or have it done at a closer lab.
