Twilio Software Engineer interview questions

Had a phone screen with one of the recruiters at Twilio who asked me to take a coding challenge. Same day, another recruiter reached out to me for the same position and asked for my availability for a chat with the Hiring Manager. I provided my availability but never heard back. After a week, I receive an email stating I was rejected. The interview experience was shambolic. Recruiters need to do a better job and be in sync.

Got an OA about 150 mins. 2nd round was a telephonic interview with the manager(more about behavioural, and past experience). Got a call for the onsite which was in total 6 round (45mins -1 hr long.). Had 5 round in one day because one the interviewers were sick. then last round (6th round next day). After in total 8 rounds. I was ghosted. I have emailed them multiple times. They don't even have the courtesy to reply. It's been a month or more. ​ If a candidate is selected for the final round then at least they desire a response.
