I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio (New York, NY) in Jun 2021
Interview
Process started with a referral. My next conversation was with the hiring manager which went well. The final round consisted of 4 interviews. One technical interview, and then 3 conversations around philosophy, culture, my past experience, etc.
Unfortunately, the offer came out to being under a market rate for a remote employee and so I ended up declining. The team and everyone I talked to seemed to be great though and had the numbers worked out, I could have definitely seen myself joining Twilio.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Twilio (Bengaluru) in Aug 2021
Interview
There were supposed to be 2 rounds of interview , The 1st round itself by Hiring manager and other is also Directorial . Looks Like the interviewer is either less on expirence or simply increasing the interview count to report .
