Visa Inc. Customer Service Representative interview questions

Not great. Very difficult. Too long. Time consuming. Not worth it. Weird. I do not know what else to write so I will keep entering words until I have filled enough space.

The hiring manager was and is extremely unprofessional. She Barely responded to my question and emails. If a company is so lazy and unprofessional at the start of the process, then there is no point to even continue. I had my first interview and both the hiring manager and their boss was very nice and welcoming, and they were very impressed by me and my experience. They said Visa does not allow communication with out the recruiter and that she will get in touch. It’s been 1 month and she is not responding and I was just left without answer or respond. They don’t care about people.
