Visa Inc. Customer Service Representative interview questions

First, there was a phone interview. Then a face to face interview that was pretty brief. Then there was a computer test. They care most about attendance and passing their background check.

14 interviews total. 14. Every in person interview was a panel which is stressful, but fine. I do well under pressure. But what really frustrated me was that they would call me back after making a bad choice, to reinterview after they hired the wrong person, and still continued to loop through poor hires who had friends in management.
