Visa Inc. Customer Service Representative interview questions

The initial interview is a phone interview with basic questions. The second interview is at the location where you take a few mock calls to see if you are qualified by a score 80 percent or above I believe and then a manager comes in and asks you situational questions.

Once you interview with two people you have also have to pass testing before you get a job offer. They also do a very intense background check and will also guess you to upload documents to prove what you have put on your resume. The background results can take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks so please have patience.
