Question 1
Tell me about yourself and questions on conflict management
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Bellevue, WA) in Jul 2019
Interview
I appreared for the telephonic interview. It was mostly based on Visa values. The interviewer was very impressed with my answers, assured me for an on-site and asked me to reach out to the recruiter after a week as he was on a summer break. On reaching out to the recruiter after the week, the recruiter responded that he will check with the hiring manager and get back to me within a week. On reaching out to them the next week, the recruiter told me that they were interviewing more people that the hiring manager saw as a better fit to the role. I am not sure what happened in a span of 2 weeks, where I went from being fit for the role to not being fit. It is such a mess in the Bellevue office with no proper communication to the candidates. I was disheartened to say the least

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you innovated something
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Visa Inc. (Bothell, WA)
Interview
Applied online and the recruiter reached out within a week. Initial phone call with hiring manager, but a different person called as the HM had a conflict. This was a good introduction call and the interviewer thoroughly double clicked on all my answers.
A week later on-site (Bellevue, Washington) was scheduled for 3 hours but no details were given about the panels. The fun began at the day of interview. The first interviewer came and picked me up for the interview and took me to a conf room. After our initial intro, started the interview but in the middle the hiring manager knocked the door and said he would like to interview me as he has time then. He took me another room and started going through about job description. Through out the interview the HM was making comments about how technical the position was and challenging this role is, and to the extent it started making me feel uncomfortable. Also, he kept getting distracted with messages and phone calls through out. He told me that he has to attend them as they are very critical. In the end he gave me an exercise to whiteboard myself in the room for 10 minutes. And that he will return in 10 minutes to review.
But a new person showed up after 10 minutes and he had no clue about the exercise I was given. Then I met with two other people and then the HM again interrupted in the middle to continue with the exercise review.
Overall one of the worst interview experiences in my career and stay away from Bellevue office
